Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Custom Perfume Boxes accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products shipped within the United States.

Returns are accepted only if the product is:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In its original condition and packaging

Products that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or improper handling will not be accepted.


Return Window

Customers must initiate a return request within 10 days of receiving their order.

Any return requests made after 10 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for approval.


Return Method

All returns must be made by mail.

Customers are required to contact our support team before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Our team will provide return instructions and confirmation

  4. Ship the item back using the provided details


Return Shipping Label

✅ A return label is included in the package for customer convenience.


Restocking Fee

Custom Perfume Boxes does not charge any restocking fee for returned items.


Refund Processing Time

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within:

10 business days

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized packaging orders

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Products returned outside the 10-day window


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return eligible products and place a new order if needed.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before production has begun. Once printing or manufacturing starts, cancellations are not possible.
