Who actually makes the boxes?
We are a packaging supplier: we take your specification, prepare the proof, run the print and finishing, and ship the finished boxes to you. Manufacturing happens at our production facilities, not at the Phoenix mailing address on our contact page.
Is there a showroom I can visit?
No. 409 N 7th Ave Unit #529 in Phoenix is a correspondence address rather than a production site or showroom. Everything is handled by phone, email and physical samples sent to you.
How long have you been doing this?
Long enough to have opinions about board caliper. More usefully, the reference guides on this site set out exactly how we work and what we recommend, so you can judge the advice rather than the biography.
What happens after I request a quote?
We reply with a firm written quote, usually within 10 hours. If you proceed, we prepare a free digital proof, and nothing is printed until you approve it. You can cancel at no charge up to that point.
What kinds of packaging do you make?
Made-to-order perfume and fragrance boxes: straight tuck and crash-lock cartons, rigid lift-off and drawer boxes, magnetic closures, cylinders, corrugated mailers and wooden presentation cases. Thirty-seven products across eight categories, every one built to the buyer's bottle rather than sold in stock sizes.
Who do you typically work with?
Fragrance brands of every size from a first 100-box launch upward, along with contract fillers, retailers who write their own carton specifications, subscription programs and hospitality buyers ordering amenity packaging. The minimum is the same for all of them, and so is the free design support and proof.
Where are orders produced and where do you ship to?
We produce in one place and ship finished boxes free of charge to the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, with no minimum order value. The Phoenix address on this site is for correspondence only, so there is no showroom there and nothing ships from it.
How do you handle the artwork I send?
We check it for bleed, resolution, color mode and position on the dieline, then build a free digital proof from it. If you have no artwork, our design support prepares it from your logo and brief at no charge. Files stay private and are used only for your order.
What does the digital proof show, and what does it not?
It shows layout, copy, position and the dieline, so you can check spelling, placement and dimensions before anything is printed. It does not show final color, because your screen and our press are different devices. For color-critical work we produce a printed sample on the real stock on request.
