What is the fastest way to get a price?

Send size, quantity, board and finish in one message. A specification with those four things gets a firm quote back in one reply instead of three. The box configurator produces all four automatically.

How quickly do you reply?

Within 10 hours on quote requests. If your deadline is tight, say so in the message and we will treat the proof as urgent when it reaches you.

Can I call rather than fill in a form?

Yes, on (503) 461-4788. A form is usually faster for a quote because it captures the specification, but a call is better when you are still working out what you need.

Do you take payment through this website?

No. There is no checkout here. We quote, you approve a free digital proof, and we invoice you directly — payment is by credit card or PayPal against that invoice.

Can I send you a physical bottle sample?

Yes, and for faceted or sculpted bottles it is the most reliable route. Ask us for the shipping address before sending anything, since the correspondence address is not always the right destination.
