What is the fastest way to get a price?
Send size, quantity, board and finish in one message. A specification with those four things gets a firm quote back in one reply instead of three. The Design Your Box order form produces all four automatically.
How quickly do you reply?
Within 10 hours on quote requests. If your deadline is tight, say so in the message and we will treat the proof as urgent when it reaches you.
Can I call rather than fill in a form?
Yes, on (503) 461-4788. A form is usually faster for a quote because it captures the specification, but a call is better when you are still working out what you need.
Do you take payment through this website?
No. There is no checkout here. We quote, you approve a free digital proof, and we invoice you directly — payment is by credit card or PayPal against that invoice.
Can I send you a physical bottle sample?
Yes, and for faceted or sculpted bottles it is the most reliable route. Ask us for the shipping address before sending anything, since the correspondence address is not always the right destination.
Is WhatsApp or email better for a quote?
Email for anything with a specification or artwork attached, because files and long messages are easier to work from and keep on record. WhatsApp on (503) 461-4788 suits a quick question or a photo of your bottle. Either way the quote comes back in writing.
What should my first message include?
The bottle height, width and depth with the cap on, the quantity you need, the structure if you know it, and any finish you have in mind. A photo of the bottle helps. With those in the first message we can quote without a round of questions.
Can I send artwork files over WhatsApp?
You can, but email is better for anything press-ready. WhatsApp compresses images, so a JPG sent that way may not be print quality. Email PDF, AI, SVG, PNG, JPG or ZIP files up to 10 MB and use WhatsApp for a quick preview if you want a first reaction.
Can I collect my order from the Phoenix address?
No. 409 N 7th Ave Unit #529 is a correspondence address only, with no stock, showroom or pickup counter. Every order ships to you free of charge with tracking, so there is nothing to collect in person and no visit to book by phone.
Do I need to create an account to request a quote?
No. There is no account and no checkout on this site. Send your specification by form, email or WhatsApp, receive a written quote, approve the free digital proof and pay the invoice by card or PayPal. Your details are kept only to service the enquiry and any reorder.
