What if a pallet reaches our Miami warehouse water-damaged?
Photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we reprint or refund the affected cartons. Transit damage is covered. Softening that develops after weeks in an uncooled stockroom is a storage issue, not a transit one, which is why we raise moisture-resistant coating at quote stage for Florida orders.
Can you deliver straight to our freight forwarder in Miami?
Yes. Give the forwarder's address and any reference they need on the labels when you request the quote. Shipping is free to any US address, and the forwarder can receive the tracking if you ask. Onward carriage to Latin America or the Caribbean is arranged between you and the forwarder; we build the cartons for that leg but do not book it.
Do you handle the export paperwork for stock that is re-exported?
No. We invoice you as a US sale and deliver to the US address you give us. Export documentation, customs declarations and any dangerous-goods paperwork for the onward leg sit with you and your forwarder. What we can do is build the cartons and outer cases to the destination and the container, so tell us where the stock finally lands.
