Do you have a factory in every state you list?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. We print in one place and ship everywhere. These pages exist because climate, freight and local retail practice genuinely change what we specify, not because we have premises in each city.
Does the price change depending on where I am?
No. The unit price and the 100-box minimum are the same nationwide, and shipping is free everywhere with no minimum order value. Only transit time varies, and only within our published 3 to 6 business day window.
What if my city is not listed here?
We ship to every US address regardless. The listed cities are simply the ones where we have enough repeat work to say something specific and useful. Ask us and we will tell you what applies to your location.
Why does location affect the box specification at all?
Board is hygroscopic, so humid states soften creases and dry states make them crack. Heat softens adhesives in transit. Coastal air marks uncoated surfaces. Retail expectations and courier access also differ by region, and all of it changes what we recommend.
Do you deliver to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes. Free shipping covers every US address, and the unit price and 100-box minimum do not change by state. Transit to Alaska or Hawaii can sit at the longer end of our 3 to 6 business day window, so we confirm the expected delivery date in the written quote.
Can one order be split between addresses in different states?
Yes. Tell us the quantities and addresses at the quote stage and we pack and label each consignment separately. Each design still has to reach the 100-box minimum in total, not per address, and shipping stays free for every destination within the countries we serve.
Does free shipping apply to a 100-box order?
Yes. There is no minimum order value for free shipping, so the smallest run we produce ships at no charge, with tracking, anywhere in the US. The same applies to the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Would a printer based in my own state deliver faster?
Not necessarily. Our handling is 2 to 3 business days after proof approval and transit is 3 to 6 business days to any US address, which is the same window a local supplier would need for a custom run. What matters more is a complete specification, which saves days in the proof stage.
How do I work out my delivery date?
Count from the day you approve the digital proof: 2 to 3 business days of handling, then 3 to 6 business days in transit. Nine business days from approval is the honest worst case, and you receive tracking when the order ships so you can firm up the day.
Can I order from outside the United States?
Yes. We ship free to the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand as well as the US, with the same minimum of 100 boxes per design and the same quote, proof and invoice process. Payment is by card or PayPal against the invoice in all five countries.
